Some offstreet parking for a Sunday VCU concert is normally available in faculty parking lot VV, located behind the old Grove Avenue Church, across the triangular park which is in front of the PAC. Cars enter this parking lot from Floyd Avenue or Harrison Street. You will not be ticketed in this lot on Sundays. You may also park on the street, but please obey all parking signs. A pay-parking deck is located at Harrison and Broad Streets, three blocks from the PAC.
Directions From the West by Interstate 64 East:
Take Exit #186 towards the Powhite Parkway.
Take the exit for Hamilton and Broad Streets.
Follow Hamilton Street to Monument Avenue (second left) and turn left.
Follow Monument Avenue east; its name will change to Franklin Street at Stuart Circle.
Follow Franklin Street to Harrison Street and turn right.
Go one block, turning right onto Park Avenue. The VCU PAC is on your immediate left.
From the East by Interstate 64 West:
Take Exit #190 for Fifth Street and Downtown/Coliseum.
Turn right at the eighth traffic light, onto Main Street.
Follow Main Street past Belvidere Street to Harrison Street and turn right.
Go two blocks turning right onto Grove Avenue. The VCU PAC is on your left, across the triangle park.
From the North by Interstate 95 South:
Take Exit #79 to the right towards Powhite Parkway (Route I-195). Immediately bear left off the ramp onto I-195.
Take the exit for Hamilton and Broad Streets.
Follow Hamilton Street to Monument Avenue (second left) and turn left.
Follow Monument Avenue east; its name will change to Franklin Street at Stuart Circle.
Follow Franklin Street to Harrison Street and turn right.
Go one block, turning right onto Park Avenue. The VCU PAC is on your immediate left.
From the South by Interstate 95 North:
Take Exit #74A onto Downtown Expressway, I-195 (The exit ramp is actually on the James River Bridge).
Drive 1/2 mile, take the exit for Belvidere Street (U.S. #1 & # 301).
Drive two blocks along Canal Street to Belvidere Street.
Turn right on Belvidere Street..
Turn left on Main Street.
Turn right on Harrison Street.
Go two blocks turning right onto Grove Avenue. The VCU PAC is on your left, across the triangle park.
