Regular plenary meetings (via Zoom) of the Board of Directors

Between meetings: teams/committees meet and/or consult as needed

Thursday, October 5: 8:30–10:00 p.m. (late because John teaches a class through November 9)

 Alternate date: Sunday, October 8: 7:00–9:00 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 13: 7:00–9:00 p.m. (no rehearsal that evening)

Monday, January 8: 7:00–9:00 p.m. (no rehearsal that evening)

Monday, February 19: 7:00–9:00 p.m. (no rehearsal that evening—Presidents’ Day)

 Alternate date: Sunday, February 25: 7:00–9:00 p.m.

Monday, March 18: 7:00–9:00 p.m. (no rehearsal that evening)

Thursday, April 25: 7:00–9:00 p.m.

 Alternate date: Sunday, April 28: 7:00–9:00 p.m.

May 20 or June 3 – annual members’ meeting (following Monday rehearsal)

June – mid-month wrap-up meeting for the year via Zoom (TBD)
